We also automatically capture a small amount of technical information attached to your submission: the page you submitted the form from, and - if you arrived via a Google ad or a tracked marketing link - the campaign parameters and Google Click ID (gclid) associated with that visit. This helps us measure which marketing efforts are working; it does not identify you beyond what you’ve already told us in the form.

Your enquiry is shared with the SSD Pest Control branch team responsible for your city, so they can contact you. We use Resend, a transactional email provider, purely to deliver the email notification of your enquiry to that branch - Resend does not use your data for any purpose of its own.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Where Google Analytics is active on this site, it collects anonymised usage data - pages visited, general location, device type - governed by Google’s own privacy policy. This site does not set any additional tracking cookies of its own beyond what’s required for basic functionality.

The WhatsApp button on this site opens a chat directly through WhatsApp’s own app or website - that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.

We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for our legitimate business record-keeping. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by calling or emailing us using the contact details on this site.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you submit. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we encourage you not to share sensitive information (such as payment details) through the enquiry form - our team will never ask for this over WhatsApp or the contact form.

Our services are directed at property owners and businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
